个人简历
简介: 聂国政,1979年6月生,工学博士,湖南科技大学物理与电子科学学院副教授、硕士生导师。2011年毕业于华南理工大学发光材料与器件国家重点实验室微电子与固体电子学专业,获博士学位,导师:彭俊彪教授。2012-2014年在深圳天马微电子股份有限公司从事博士后研究工作。期间参与研制MO-TFT驱动的彩色显示屏,设计和开发高迁移率和高稳定性的稀土掺杂的氧化物半导体材料(Ln-IZO),其迁移率和稳定性远超过传统的InGaZnO4材料。

主讲课程:《集成电路原理与设计》、《电磁场与电磁波》、《高频电子线路B》、《半导体器件物理》、《固体物理》等课程,
主要业绩:主要从事薄膜电子器件与集成、稀土纳米功能材料的可控合成及传感应用研究以及亚波长光学器件设计方面的研究工作。近五年以第一作者或者通讯作者在 Applied Physics Reviews , Nano Letters, PHYS. REV. APPLIED, Appl. Phys. Lett.,Optics Letter, J. Phys. Chem. Lett., physical chemistry chemical physics , Optics Express,《中国科学:物理 天文 力学》,《物理学报》等国内外期刊发表SCI学术论文30余篇,他引800余次。申请国家发明专利10余项。主持国家自然科学基金1项、省部级科学研究项目4项。Advanced functional materials, Appl. Phys. Lett. , Applied Physics Reviews , Optical Communication, physical chemistry chemical physics 等期刊审稿人。
近年主要研究方向:
1)薄膜电子器件与集成。
2)钙钛矿量子点合成与发光器件制备,维纳光学器件设计与仿真、纳米腔耦合体系的光操控。
3)稀土纳米功能材料的可控合成及传感应用研究。
拟招收2-3名具有微电子和光学背景研究生,具有以下技能之一的学生优先:
1,具有熟练操作各种真空镀膜设备以及手套箱器件制备技能。
2,具有利用VASP软件计算半导体材料第一性原理技能
3,具有利用lumerical FDTD软件做二维材料超材料表面等的维纳集成光学性能仿真技能。
4,具有使用silvaco软件做GaN和GaO基MOS器件集成工艺和性能仿真技能。
