聂国政,男,汉族,湖南涟源人,1979年06月生,博士、副教授。2011年毕业于华南理工大学发光材料与器件国家重点实验室微电子与固体电子学专业,获博士学位。2012-2014年在深圳天马微电子股份有限公司从事博士后研究工作。

主讲课程:《集成电路原理与设计》、《电磁场与电磁波》、《高频电子线路B》、《半导体器件物理》、《固体物理》等课程,
科学研究:长期致力于薄膜电子器件与集成的研究。《Organic Electronics》、《J. Mater. Chem. C》、《Acta Physica Sinica》、《Appl. Phys. Lett.》、《physical chemistry chemical physics》等国内外期刊发表SCI学术论文30余篇,主持国家自然科学基金1项、省部级科学研究项目3项及教改项目2项,参与国家级研项目多项。
研究方向:1)薄膜电子器件与集成,基于准BIC开关图像显示设计与仿真。
2)钙钛矿半导体光电性质计算。
3)稀土纳米功能材料的可控合成及传感应用研究。
拟招收2-3名具有微电子和光学背景研究生,具有以下技能之一的学生优先:
1,具有熟练操作各种真空镀膜设备以及手套箱器件制备技能。
2,具有利用VASP软件计算半导体材料第一性原理技能
3,具有利用lumerical FDTD软件做二维材料超材料表面等的维纳集成光学性能仿真技能。
4,具有使用silvaco软件做GaN和GaO基MOS器件集成工艺和性能仿真技能。
